Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in Riette's Profile screen.
I subscribed but Premium features are locked.
Open Riette, go to Profile, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile - Delete account and confirm. This removes your Riette profile and food logs, but it does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
How are calorie and macro targets calculated?
Riette estimates targets from the age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and goal you enter during setup. You can update these in Profile - Goals & body.
Where does barcode and food data come from?
Nutrition information for scanned products and food searches comes from Open Food Facts. Some products may be missing or incomplete, so you can always edit meals before saving.
How does photo meal scanning work?
Photo scanning estimates calories and macros from the meal photo you choose or capture. Review the estimate before saving. Riette does not store the photo in your account or meal history.
